Any information you provide will be held safely and securely and will not be passed to any third party without your express permission, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Did the Timeshare resort take a Deposit within 14 days of the sale?

Did you use Credit to finance a Timeshare purchase or upgrade?

Are you stuck in a very long-term or "in perpetuity" contract?

Were you told that Timeshare was an "investment"?

Do you just want to get out of Timeshare for good?

If you can answer Yes to one or more of the questions above, or if you are simply looking for some clear, independent advice on any Timeshare-related problem, then it’s highly likely that we can help you.

Cancel Our Timeshare is entirely independent of the Timeshare "industry bodies" and the Timeshare resorts/groups that fund them, so we offer genuine, unbiased advice.

We have a wealth of experience in helping members of a huge range of Timeshare, Points, Fractional or "Holiday Ownership" schemes worldwide – and we are especially well-versed in helping owners of Spanish-based schemes, especially in light of the recent breakthrough Spanish Court Judgements on illegal mis-selling of Timeshares.

We are particularly keen to hear from customers of the following: Club La Costa, Anfi, Silverpoint, Resort Properties, Diamond Resorts, RCI, Marriott, Wimpen/OnaGroup, so please call us now on 0203 6704 616 or complete the short enquiry form so an expert adviser can review your situation and explain your options.

Your Stories

7th November 2017 - Mr Irene C, Lancashire - Club La Costa (CLC)

"My husband and I initially took out a 3 year trial with CLC in 2007/2008. We were pressured into upgrading after spending a full day at the presentation. We paid a deposit and took out their recommended loan with GE Money. We feel we were mis-sold this investment as we understood we could have 2 holidays a year anywhere we wanted but this was not the case."

6th November 2017 - Mrs Brenda K, N Ireland - Club La Costa (CLC)

"Just purchased a fractional property with CLC on 3 October 2017 at the value of £15,500. Very concerned as we feel now it's all a scam even though it was a very convincing sales pitch. Help!!!"

1st November 2017 - Ms Catherine V - RCI / Vacation Village at Parkway

"Deeds are joint however my partner passed away. Despite sending death certificate to both Parkway & RCI neither would help in any way. Parkway suggested I needed to go to their solicitor and get deeds amended which would be charged apart from flight cost to Florida. I am financially unable to pay fees and have advised them last year to take back ownership, however they are still asking for the fees which are now £1400. I cannot even cancel my RCI membership. I myself have health problems too"
